During this time, she has attended multiple seminars in Greece and abroad (Sunshine House, R&RM, Kinetics, P.O.E.P., M.K. Therapies - London, Reflexologia.gr), enriching her knowledge in various techniques (Lomi Lomi, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Ashiatsu Barefoot).<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, after completing a two-year course in holistic massage (Shiatsu, Thai, Hot & Cold Stones, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Abdominal, Detox, Bamboo) at Life Therapy Academy, she continued her studies for another two years to obtain the necessary certification as an Instructor. She then began teaching her own seminars, further enhancing the holistic massage cycle (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot & Cold Stones).<\/p>\n<p>In 2020, she completed a two-year educational course at Osteoworks (gentle chiropractic techniques, massage, stretches, and strengthening exercises).<br \/>\nIn 2024, she completed her studies in reflexology (special finger pressure techniques on the sole and back of the feet, ear, and hand). In the same year, she established her new space in the center of Thessaloniki with the support of THE PEOPLE'S TRUST (https:\/\/www.thepeoplestrust.org\/) of the Athanasios K.
