Cupping Massage

Cupping massage is a technique where cups are used to assist during the massage. The main purpose is to locally increase blood circulation, with all the benefits that come with it.

How it is applied

Cups are primarily applied to the back, but they can also be used on the entire body, in areas where there is a need to disperse stagnation and blockage. They are used in two ways: as sliding cups, where they glide over the muscles after air suction has been applied and the skin is drawn into the cup, and as stationary cups, where they are left fixed on the skin for as long as necessary after suction.

Benefits

  • Reduces muscle pain
  • Release and elimination of toxins from the tissues
  • Enhancement of blood and lymph circulation
  • Enhancement of oxygenation and nourishment of tissues
  • Relief of the respiratory system in case of a cold

Stable or sliding, they are used in almost every type of massage, gentle or vigorous
